Join us for entertainment, a silent auction, and a chili dinner!

Dinner includes a bowl of chili, cornbread, drink, and dessert. Enjoy your dinner while listening to entertainment provided by Broughton High School Band members. After dinner you can browse the wonderful selection of silent auction items.

Volunteers Needed

We need help in the following areas:

  • PR/Advertising Team-2 or more needed--this team will help by hanging posters, ensuring that the date gets out on as many local websites, TV stations, etc as possible.  Most of this work can be done from your computer!
  • Tickets Pre-Sale Coordinator-1 needed (you would need to assist in coordinating how many tickets each student will be given to sell, and checking back in their envelopes).
  • Silent Auction co-chair-1 needed (work with Fran Robertson on coordinating donated items, and overseeing the auction at the event)
  • Live Entertainment co-chair-(work with Miss Harrison to set up time slots and communicates with musicians)-1 needed
  • Event Co-chair - (to work with Linda Dohme and help ensure all details are covered)-1 requested
  • Solicit silent auction items - please let Ms. Harrison, Fran Robertson, or Linda Dohme know if you secure silent auction items
  • Help arrange gift baskets - help put baskets of donated items (by students and the community) together for the silent auction
  • Set-up and Clean-up on Day of event - we needs lots of volunteers to help that day!
